Group Keyboard Classes Are Fun

Our lively 45-minute weekly classes include ear training, singing, note reading, rhythm building, movement improvisation and Dalcroze Eurythmics, listening skills, music theory, keyboard technique, beginning keyboard improvisation and solo and ensemble activities. Children make rapid progress and are thrilled to be able to play even after their first lesson! Informal recitals build confidence and enjoyment of performing.

We provide keyboards for in-class instruction. Students must have an electric keyboard or piano for at-home practice. Customized weekly lesson plans and easy to understand materials enable parents to practice at home with their children (even non-musical parents).

Our fun and social group classes, conveniently offered on-site at your school as part of the after-school enrichment program help kids develop sound musical habits, increases concentration and focus and teaches valuable aural and technical skills. Most of the graduates of our year long program continue with private instruction in piano or any instrument. They also become leaders in their school orchestra, band or choir.

Classes are grouped according to age. Pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st graders and 2nd through 5th graders have separate weekly classes and the curriculae are age appropriate.
